About Us

San Diego Nonprofit Consortium

Good For Others Foundation developed this consortium to help the local nonprofit community. We provide resources for individuals to receive nonprofit management training, and encourage collaboration between nonprofits, ultimately helping the sector grow and thrive.

The Problem
We're Solving

Solving the shortage of skilled workers in San Diego's nonprofit sector and encouraging collaboration among nonprofit organizations that usually work independently.

Training Nonprofit Professionals

Participants get thorough nonprofit management training, improving both technical and soft skills, and earning Nonprofit Management Certifications for improved employability.

Supporting Underserved Populations

We provide extensive support to those in nonprofit management training, including financial aid, transportation help, childcare assistance, laptops, and internet access. Graduates secure quality nonprofit roles matching their skills.

Working Collaboratively

By bringing major nonprofit employers together, we promote collaboration, knowledge-sharing, innovation, and best practices that boost the sector's growth and resilience.

Facilitating Collaborative Events

The San Diego Nonprofit Consortium hosts events that encourage collaboration and sharing best practices, all while helping the nonprofit sector in San Diego grow and thrive by addressing workforce challenges.
